What we collect
We collect the information needed to run Saliency: your name, email, company, authentication identity, uploaded brand and product assets, prompts, generated images and videos, project history, credit usage, and basic product analytics. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address and profile identifier.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the service: authenticate users, manage beta access, generate and rank ads, save projects, process credits, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private uploaded assets or generated media to train Saliency-owned foundation models.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Saliency, such as authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, and AI generation providers. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to sell it.
Storage and security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information.
Retention
We keep account, project, asset, and generation data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing
.
Cookies
We use essential cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and maintain product state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Children
Saliency is not intended for users under 18 and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, we will update this page and may notify users by email or in-product notice.
