Using Saliency
Saliency helps approved users create, rank, edit, and export AI-generated product ads. You must be 18 or older and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Account responsibility
Keep your account credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure uploaded brand, product, and campaign materials are yours to use.
Content rights
You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Saliency permission to store and process that content only to provide the product to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
AI outputs
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unintentionally resemble existing brands, products, designs, or works. Saliency does not guarantee that any output is original, non-infringing, or fit for a specific use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Saliency for illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or abusive activity. Do not upload content you lack rights to. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Beta service
Saliency is in private beta and is provided as is. Features, limits, credits, pricing, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Saliency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any remaining liability is limited to the amount you paid Saliency in the previous 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using Saliency at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service, users, or third parties.
